We appreciated well-kept and brand-new rooms and good food.

Had an exceptional stay for 12 nights on a business trip, everything was very good. The room with twin bed. The the best location was 4-6 minutes walking distance from a Singaporean-designer-centric store. Moreover, it was very close to the many shopping centres in Singapore, Gardens by the Bay and The Sands Upper Deck, and the train station and shopping complex.

Wow, the rooftop bar had slick views while the breakfast buffet was bomb with tons of delish options! Location? Spot on with easy access to Orchard Road and public transport. Can't forget Ms. Ira's great service making check-in easy!

But on the flip side, dragging luggage through the deep pile carpet was a real pain, and waiting for staff assistance seemed like forever.

Enjoyed the place, had a really nice stay for 3 nights. The breakfast was abundant with a good choice of fab options. The location was very central, near to restaurants and cafes, shops, and skyline and Sunset. Spent our evenings in nearby Tanuki Raw, especially when it was hot outside: D
